Registered/Enrolled Nurses 

We are currently looking for Registered/Enrolled Nurses to join our Team at Ty Llandaff.

Successful candidates will have good communication skills, be able to undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care required, and importantly - be motivated to offer the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care for specified residents to ensure continuity of care, and to take management responsibility for a shift as directed. 

All applicants must be qualified RGN / RMN and will have a genuine interest in working with the elderly. Exemplary communication skills are essential and applicants must be able to communicate on a variety of levels in fluent English. Current NMC Registration is necessary and DBS/CRB checks also apply to this role.

Experience in care for the elderly and previous supervisory experience would be advantageous for this role but is not essential.

This position is for 33 hours of day-time shifts, with excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to receive a quarterly bonus and a first-class working environment provided with a motivated and enthusiastic team.

Carers

We are currently looking for Carers to join our Team at Ty Llandaff.

The role involves providing quality care for their elderly residents, and ensuring that they retain their dignity and individuality. You’ll also be involved in the general activities of the home, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff members and visitors.

Applicants will have a genuine interest in working with elderly residents within a caring environment and be willing to participate in vocational training programmes. Applicants should be able to communicate effectively at all levels and be comfortable working in a team.

A QCF/NVQ in Care is not necessary for this post but a willingness to take part in vocational training is required. A qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines would be advantageous for this role but is not essential, satisfactory police check and DBS check applies.
