Comprehensive Care Assessments

To allow us to provide comprehensive and effective care, we adopt a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) procedure which enables us to provide a thorough medical assessment by bringing together professionals from many disciplines in an organised and efficient way. Residents benefit from this approach as they receive regular, ongoing assessments to ensure consistency and correct care; If those care requirements change at any point, the care plan will change too. We will do all that we can to make you or your loved one feel comfortable settling in, and to feel safe and at home here. We understand that the settling in process can take time, and we actively encourage family input throughout.

A Decision That Brings Peace of Mind

We understand the importance of selecting the correct care home, which is why we offer a trial stay. Our experienced and dedicated team enable us to provide exemplary standards of Residential, Nursing, Respite and Dementia Care, working closely with each individual and to tailor care packages to suit them. We welcome potential residents to make the most of a trial stay and join us for 28 days. During this time residents and their loved ones can experience all that Tŷ Llandaff has to offer and ensure our home meets all needs. It is our mission to help assist residents and their friends and family in making the choice of where to live; we want the decision to join the Tŷ Llandaff family to bring nothing but peace of mind.

Luxury, One of a Kind Facilities 

We proudly provide exceptional, all-inclusive facilities to ensure residents live the highest quality of life every day. Our goal is for residents to be happy and comfortable at all times during their stay here. Our focus is on providing all of the facilities and opportunities for our residents to enjoy living their life to the full – their way. We have a dedicated Activities Coordinator that provides a varied programme of entertainment and activities. We take into account individual interests and ask for residents’ own ideas. The programme might include music, dance, keep fit, art and crafts, pamper sessions, discussion groups, reading circles or entertainment from outside artists. It’s extremely important to us that our residents think of Tŷ Llandaff as their home; our luxury, one of a kind onsite facilities have been carefully chosen to offer choice and variety.
