We are delighted to introduce Kath O’dwyer, the new Home Manager at Tŷ Llandaff. Kath has worked in the care industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience across the sector.
We are delighted to introduce Kath O’dwyer, the new Home Manager at Tŷ Llandaff. Kath has worked in the care industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience across the sector.
Kath's career to date has been working with local authorities, charity and the private sector, in residential and Nursing Home settings, Day Services and Supported Living.
Since joining Tŷ Llandaff Care Home, Kath has stated the following:
"It has been a privilege to care for our elderly and I have had the pleasure of a lifetime of stories and memories in my journey. I strive for excellence, my door is always open, the values of the Care Concern Group and what I am committed to delivering, care of the highest standard, the basic principles of care I very much respect, and dignity is of the highest priority."
Kath is a very passionate carer, and endeavours to drive quality in the service for those in our care, with the combined support from staff, families, local authority commissioning teams, health care professionals and regulators.
