Recognising Our Staff
We would like to say a huge congratulations to Shauna from our reception team for being awarded Employee of The Month.
Shauna was nominated by members of the team at Ty Llandaff as well as residents and their families for her positive can-do attitude, with kindness in everything she does.

The Care Concern Group is very proud of Shauna as she demonstrates our values with passion in everyday life at Ty Llandaff. Shauna was presented with a gift from the home by Sue our Office Manager.
We believe it's important to recognise the hard work and dedication our staff put into their roles, which in turn means our residents receive the very best care. We look forward to celebrating next month's staff nomination.
