Residential Care

Residential care is a common care type that suits those who will benefit from communal living, where assistance is available at all hours of the day and night and where all household chores are taken care of. This allows individuals to spend their time doing the things that bring them joy and no longer need to worry about everyday maintenance or administrative tasks.

Residents receiving residential care often require help with their personal care and mobility, as with older age it has become increasingly difficult to do the things they once used to. Residents can enjoy homemade meals each day prepared by our in-house chef within a luxury setting and continue to lead an independent lifestyle.

Respite Care

Respite care is a type of short term care which enables individuals who have recently had an operation or illness to fully recover before returning to their normal lives. This is also a great care solution for those who are full-time carers and need some time out from their caregiving duties for a while. It’s equally important that a carer’s health and well-being is looked after in order for them to care for their loved one as best they can.

Prospective residents can also use respite care as a way of trialling a care home for a few weeks to make the decision to move in on a permanent basis. Respite care usually lasts from a few weeks to a few months depending on an individuals’ circumstances and like with our other types of care, the team will create a personalised care plan.
